(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Service Cross to Chef de Battalion Rodolphe Marie Cerutti, Army of France, for extraordinary heroism in connection with military operations against an armed enemy while serving with 4th Regiment Tirail Tunisiens, French Army, in action against enemy forces in Italy, in May and June 1944. Chef de Battalion Cerutti’s outstanding accomplishments, personal bravery and zealous devotion to duty exemplify the highest traditions of the Armed Forces of the Allied Nations.
