Frasier (NSN: 196554), United States Navy, for heroic conduct during the bombardment of Canacao and Bataan by Japanese forces in December 1941 and January 1942. Chief Pharmacist’s Mate Frasier rescued wounded and helpless men from an area which was bombed a few moments after the evacuation.
