(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant John E. Dunn (NSN: 0-82354), United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States while a Prisoner of War in Germany. Lieutenant Dunn rendered outstanding service to the United States and to our prisoners of war from 14 April 1943 to 29 April 1945.
