Lieutenant, Junior Grade Wilma Leona Jackson (NSN: N-64890), United States Navy Nurse Corps, was captured by the Japanese after the fall of Guam on 9 December 1942, and was held as a Prisoner of War until her release in an exchange on the S.S. Gripsholm in June 1942.
