Wiseman, United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight while serving with Fighter Squadron ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR (VF-194), in action against enemy aggressor forces in Korea on 2 June 1953.
