(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant, Junior Grade Edwin D. McKellar, Jr., United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight while serving with Composite Squadron SIXTY-ONE (VC-61), and serving on additional duty with Fighter Squadron ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE (VF-121), in action against enemy aggressor forces in Korea on 25 April 1953.
