Holloway, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit with Combat “V” for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as a Medical Officer attached to the First Medical Battalion, FIRST Marine Division, from 15 September to 15 December 1950.
