Grant, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit with Combat “V” for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States while serving as a Medical Officer attached to the FIRST Marine Division, in Korea, from 24 August 1952 to 14 May 1953.
