Fowler, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit with Combat “V” for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States while serving as a Dental Officer attached to the FIRST Marine Division, in Korea, from 26 May 1952 to 12 march 1953.
