(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant, Junior Grade Thomas A. Dooley, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States in connection with the mass evacuation of Vietnamese refugees in Task Force 90 ships from 10 August 1954 to 30 January 1955.
