Arlo N. Gay, a United States Civilian, was held as a Prisoner of War in South Vietnam from April 30, 1975 until his release on September 21, 1976.
(NOTE: As a civilian he is NOT authorized the POW Medal, but is listed by the Defense Prisoner of War/Missing Personnel Office as a Vietnam War POW.)
