The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal to Major General Charles C. General Pattillo distinguished himself as the Deputy Director for Logistics, Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, from November 1971 to September 1973.
