Clark (AFSN: AF-16244230), United States Air Force, for heroism not involving actual conflict with an enemy of the United States while serving with the 306th Tactical Fighter Squadron, in the Republic of Vietnam, on 23 March 1967. The exemplary courage and heroism displayed by Master Sergeant Clark reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Army.
