Harrington (AFSN: AF-16262674), United States Air Force, for heroism not involving actual conflict with an enemy of the United States while serving with the 537th Tactical Control Squadron, in the Republic of Vietnam, on 15 April 1967. The exemplary courage and heroism displayed by Master Sergeant Harrington reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Army.
