Charles Kimsey was one of FIVE sons of the Kimsey Family that served in World War II. Thomas Kimsey served in the Navy, John Kimsey served in the Army Air Forces, and Charles and his twin George served in the Army. The youngest, Howard, earned the Distinguished Service Cross and was Killed in Action in the Pacific. Charles Kimsey retired as a U.S. Army Colonel.
