Scott S. Haraburda is a graduate of Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He also holds a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan as well as a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. He retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Army.

Colonel Haraburda’s efforts in training the United states Army Reserve’s next generation of leaders will have a lasting, positive impact His skills as a mission enabler and force integrator enabled a myriad of contributions to the capabilities of Combatant Commanders and warfighters alike. His expert leadership and care and concern for Soldiers consistently enabled forward deployed elements to achieve superb results. Colonel Haraburda’s distinctive accomplishments throughout a fine career are in keeping with the finest traditions of military service and reflect great credit upon himself, the Defense Contract Management Agency, and the United States Army.
