The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pride in presenting the Silver Star (Posthumously) to Corporal O. C. Sullins, United States Army, for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action against an armed enemy while serving with the 468th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Automatic Weapons Battalion (Self-propelled), in action against the enemy from 29 to 30 December 1944, in Belgium.
