Limcangco (ASN: 0-42269), Philippine Army, for gallantry in action at Bacolod, Negros, Philippine Islands, on 3 May 1942. Lieutenant Limcangco, 73d Infantry Regiment, displayed outstanding bravery during a critical phase of the fighting in the Philippine Islands.
