(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Colonel Jermain Ferdinand Rodenhauser, United States Air Force, was awarded a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States from 1951 to 1955 as Director of Real Property, in which capacity he was charged with heavy responsibilities foremost being the Air Force Military Construction Program for which he annually provided the defense before the reviewing agencies and the Congress. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of General Rodenhauser and his dedicated contributions in the service of his country reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
