(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: First Lieutenant James T. Barker, United States Army, was awarded the Silver Star for gallantry in connection with military operations against an opposing armed force while serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Battalion, 32d Armor Regiment, 3d Armored Division, in action on 25 – 26 February 1991, in support of Operation DESERT STORM.
