Rosado, United States Army, was awarded a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Silver Star for gallantry in action while engaged in military operations in the Republic of Vietnam, while serving with Company D, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), 1st Special Forces, on 20 June 1969.
