Leo Dulacki enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1941 after graduating from Creighton University. He retired as a U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant General. He has been inducted into the AttachŽ Hall of Fame of the Defense AttachŽ System of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
