Mark Milley was commissioned in the U.S. Army through the ROTC program at Princeton, University. From 2015 to 2019 he served the 39th Chief of Staff of the Army. In 2019 he was appointed by President Trump as the 20th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
