Colonel Keirn skillfully delivered all bombs directly on target. Many secondary explosions plus bomb damage assessment information revealed the severity of the blow to the enemy’s transportation system. The professional competence, aerial skill, and devotion to duty displayed by Colonel Keirn reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
