The singularly distinctive accomplishments of General Loesch culminate a long and distinguished career in the service of his country and his dedicated contributions reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.

The gallant actions and dedicated devotion to duty demonstrated by Major Loesch, without regard for his own life, were in keeping with the highest traditions of military service and reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Army Air Forces.
