Navy Federal Credit Union

Frank Panter enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1968 and served until 1972 including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He subsequently graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1975 and was commissioned in the Marine Corps. He currently serves as a United States Marine Corps Lieutenant General with more than 40 years of service.
