McNenny (MCSN: 0-4876), United States Marine Corps, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States in the Pacific Theater of Operations during the period from 1 January through 15 December 1943; 26 March through 10 August 1944; 16 August through 20 October 1944; and 17 January through 15 June 1945.
