McMillan (ASN: 34897559), United States Army, for gallantry in action and disregard for personal safety while serving with the 9th Infantry Division on 12 December 1944, during the operations in Germany. Private McMillan’s actions reflect highest credit upon himself and the armed forces of the United States.
