By direction of the President, under the provisions of the act of Congress approved July 9, 1918 (Bul. No. 43, W.D., 1918), Private Angelo Dramis (ASN: 1038352), United States Army, is cited by the Commanding General, 3d Division, American Expeditionary Forces, and a silver star may be placed upon the ribbon of the World War I Victory Medals awarded him. While serving with Battery B, 10th Field Artillery Regiment, 3d Division, American Expeditionary Forces, Private Dramis served faithfully and courageously with his battery throughout the entire actions of the Marne, St. Mihiel, and the Argonne, and on the morning of 16 July 1918, on the Marne, when his entire gun crew excepting himself was either killed or wounded by an enemy shell, he rendered valuable aid to the wounded under a heavy bombardment.
