(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Colonel Jack A. Gibbs, United States Air Force, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States with the 1007th Air Intelligence Service Group, Washington, D.C., from 1957 to 1958. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Colonel Gibbs and his dedicated contributions in the service of his country reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
