Wendy Masiello was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 1980 upon graduation from Texas Tech University. In 2007 she was appointed a U.S. Air Force Brigadier General. In 2010 she received her second star, and in 2014 she received her third star as a Lieutenant General.
