Stayce Harris was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 1981 upon graduation from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. In 2009 she was appointed a U.S. Air Force Brigadier General. She received her second star in 2014, and in 2016 received her third star as a Lieutenant General.
