Kincade, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States from July 1966 to February 1968, while attached to the Headquarters of Commander Naval Air Systems Command, as the F-4 PHANTOM Aircraft Project Configuration Control Manager and Electronics Integration Program Manager.
