(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant Commander John N. McInnes, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Fighter Director in Commander Carrier Division TWO, over Indo-China, Formosa, Luzon, and the Nansei Shoto Group from 2 November 1944 to 25 January 1945.
