Morin (NSN: 5731795), United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (Posthumously) for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight as Aircrewman in a Patrol Bomber in Patrol Bombing Squadron ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN (VPB-119) in the forward Pacific area from 7 March 1945 to 15 May 1945.
