Navy Federal Credit Union

Stanley Parker was commissioned in the Coast Guard through the School of Instruction of the Revenue Cutter Service, precursor to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, in 1906. He was one of the Coast Guard’s pioneers in aviation, and retired as a U.S. Coast Guard Vice Admiral in 1947.
