(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Commander Leslie Mills, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Head of Accounting Division and Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Navy Price Adjustment Board, and Navy Representative on various joint committees from 22 July 1942 to 27 September 1945.
