(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant Arthur Sinclair Hill, Jr. (NSN: 0-644700), United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (Posthumously) for heroism and extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight during an attack on the Uong Bi thermal power plant at Haiphong, North Vietnam, on 22 December 1965.
