(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Captain Henry Brees, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States from June 1964 to November 1965 as prime mover within the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations in connection with Fleet Research Investigation FR-69, for his work in completing a weapons test ahead of schedule, thus insuring improved future missile systems for the Fleet.
