    (Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pride in presenting the Distinguished Service Cross (Posthumously) to Private Dominique Bartolini, Army of France, for extraordinary heroism in connection with military operations against an armed enemy while serving as an Ambulance Driver with the 101st Company, 25th Train Squadron, French Army, in action against enemy forces in French Morocco, on 4 December 1942. Private Bartolini’s outstanding accomplishments, personal bravery and zealous devotion to duty exemplify the highest traditions of the Armed Forces of the Allied Nations.
