The President of the United States of America takes pride in presenting the Distinguished Flying Cross (Posthumously) to First Lieutenant Simpson Bull (MCSN: 0-25594), United States Marine Corps, for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight for five aerial flights over Yap Islands from 6 April through 5 June 1945.
