Navy Federal Credit Union

Robert Winglass was commissioned in the Marine Corps through the Platoon Leaders Class as Springfield (Massachusetts) College, where he graduated in 1957. He retired in 1992 and a United States Marine Corps Lieutenant General. In retirement he was elected to the Maine House of Representatives where he served for four years.
