Reese (ASN: 15108064), United States Army, for gallantry in action and disregard for personal safety while serving with the 60th Infantry Regiment, 9th Infantry Division, on 12 December 1944 during the operations in Germany. His actions reflect highest credit upon himself and the armed forces of the United States.
