The Secretary of the Army of the United States of America takes pleasure in presenting the Army Commendation Medal with Combat “V” to Captain Joshua I. Dabashinsky, United States Army, for valorous acts during military operations against an armed enemy, and exceptionally meritorious service while serving as a Mortar Platoon Leader of 2d Platoon, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2d Battalion (Airborne), 503d Infantry Regiment, on 25 April 2010 during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM X. Captain Dabashinsky’s selfless and distinguished service were instrumental in the success of the Battalion’s mission.
