Tam Minh Pham, a Vietnamese Soldier, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1974. He was imprisoned as a Prisoner of War after the fall of his country to the Communists in 1975 and was held until February 1981. Ten years after his release from captivity, he emigrated to the United States.
