Raymond Frederick Rees

Raymond Rees graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1966. From 1991 to 1992 he served as Director of the Army National Guard. In 1994 and again from 2002 to 2003 he served as acting Chief of the National Guard Bureau. He retired as a U.S. Army Major General.
