The President of the United States of America, authorized by Executive Order 11046, 24 August 1962, takes pleasure in presenting the Bronze Star Medal to Captain Joshua I. Dabashinsky, United States Army, for exceptionally meritorious service in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Afghanistan from 12 December 2009 to 30 November 2010. Captain Dabashinsky's personal courage and commitment to mission accomplishment in a combat zone, under the most extreme or circumstances, greatly contributed to the success of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Captain Dabashinsky's performance reflects great credit upon himself, Task Force BAYONET, Combined Joint Task Force-101 and the United States Central Command.

The Secretary of the Army of the United States of America takes pleasure in presenting the Army Commendation Medal with Combat "V" to Captain Joshua I. Dabashinsky, United States Army, for valorous acts during military operations against an armed enemy, and exceptionally meritorious service while serving as a Mortar Platoon Leader of 2d Platoon, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2d Battalion (Airborne), 503d Infantry Regiment, on 25 April 2010 during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM X. Captain Dabashinsky's selfless and distinguished service were instrumental in the success of the Battalion's mission. His actions reflect great credit upon him, 173d Airborne Brigade Combat Team, and the United States Army. SKY SOLDIERS!!!
